It is the 14th of the month and time for the freebies from the Wise Owl Factory! First, here is a free number names game with a spring theme. Children collect "names" for numbers. Directions are included in the printable. Options include playing with just 1-10, just 10-20, or all 1-20. Children may begin playing by counting and hopefully will be able to recognize the different names for numbers with some practice. There is no actual adding or subtracting in the game, so it is suitable for Pre K through the beginning of grade one.
Also, I have some free graphing pages, for you. They may be used with colorful fish crackers, candies, or the paper fish included in the printable.
To make them open ended, some pages offer the option of the teacher or students writing in the colors of whatever you graph. Teachers, just write the colors available for your class on one page before copying to make it easier for the children. Here is a photo of the pages in use.
Here is a sample of the open-ended graph in use with candy and sample questions. I only wrote the beginning sound of each letter which is an option for student use, also.
I posted an extra freebie this month on March 7th at this link, too.
Happy spring!
